Egységmester Kft. is a limited liability company (korlátolt felelősségű társaság) registered in Hungary by the Budapest Környéki Törvényszék Cégbírósága (Company Registry Court of the Budapest Environs Regional Court) under company registration number 13-09-162959, holding Hungarian tax number 24291608-2-13 and EU VAT number HU24291608.

The company is subject to Hungarian and applicable European Union law. Consumer protection in Hungary is supervised by the competent Hungarian consumer protection and government authorities (fogyasztóvédelmi hatóság).

Hosting provider (tárhelyszolgáltató) of audiosommelier.pro: Hostinger International Ltd (AS47583), Svitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania — server infrastructure located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU). The website and the application backend run on a virtual private server rented from and operated by this provider, and it processes visitors’ IP addresses and request metadata in its server logs as part of providing that infrastructure.

The website, the application backend and the database are all operated by us on that same server. Our authentication, database and storage layer runs on self-hosted Supabase software installed on our own server — we do not use the Supabase hosted cloud platform. Audio Sommelier provides digital, educational tasting guidance only. We do not sell, ship, broker, supply, deliver, or include alcohol. Payments for Audio Sommelier Premium are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. The seller and merchant of record for these purchases is Sold through Link, LLC (a US company and affiliate of Stripe), which handles the sale, billing, and applicable VAT/taxes.
