Guests don’t need to download an app or create an account to taste. Audio Sommelier acts as the data controller. For an anonymous tasting, we do not collect your guests' names or emails. What we do process includes a device-side session identifier (token hash), the location and QR identifiers, narration records, the TTS usage log, the cached generated guide content, the number of guides used, and timestamps. New QR scans do not store IP addresses or browser data. We handle the drink list you add the same way. Your dashboard shows aggregated counts, not guest identifiers, and with anonymous tastings there is no personal data to link them to.
At €49 / month (excl. VAT) it works out to about €1.60 a day. For that, you put a guided tasting on every table with zero added workload for your staff, and we never take a commission on your sales.
